Our story
My journey with microgreens began when I acquired the microgreen business from my friend's mother. Operating Beyond Hope Farm became a fulfilling venture for me over the years. However, as my family and I prepared to relocate to California, I passed the torch to my dear friend Kate, the Owner and Founder of Graze. Kate's vision expanded the business into a flourishing juicing company.
Eventually, the microgreen and edible flower business found its way back to me, along with the addition of Graze Boards, specializing in charcuterie and crudite boards. This return marked a familiar chapter in my story, intertwining my passion for food and food design with the beloved microgreen venture.
